And finally, here we are. The end of the Jurassic Park Topps saga. What a long, strange, journey it's been (click here for the last episode). In this episode, we're covering issues #05-#09 of "Return to Jurassic Park," the final JP effort from Topps Comics. We leave behind Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler, and Edgar Prather to chronicle the exploits of InGen employees Abby and Derrick during the infamous 1993 Isla Nublar disaster and the following clean-up.

The first adventure puts our new, unlikely heroes face-to-face with a devastating tropical storm, fierce carnivorous dinosaurs, and maniacally murderous mad scientists. The second sees them foiling the plans of two military buffoons out to exploit the dinosaurs. After the Derrick and Abby stories, we investigate the early park in some prequel-era anecdotes focusing around Muldoon, Nedry, and Genarro; and reminisce about the time a couple Dilophosaurs got off the island and went toe-to-toe with a badass biker gang.

These are honestly some of my favorite pieces of Jurassic Park media, and it's been a blast getting to cover the entire series. You know what? Fuck it. We're not done yet.

Next episode! Nathan and Craig offer an excessively detailed review of "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom!" And then we can finally close the book on Jurassic Park... for now.

In the meantime, check out the NEW SERIES we just recently launched on YouTube! I created an entire channel dedicated to conversation about our favorite prehistoric playground. Check out our first video, "Missing the Point of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom," discussing my take on the film's ending in particular.

Thanks for listening! Hope you join us again soon. :)
